We are a direct-to-consumer company both in pricing and strategy. You will generally pay a premium for the ability to test ride through a dealer. However, our bikes have been thoroughly tested by top reviewers such as Electric Bike Review, Electric Bike Report, Cycling Weekly, Clean Technica, Electrek and many others who have published their reviews on YouTube. Unfortunately the 7ah battery pack is the largest available that will fit this frame.
No. The variations you see on the site are the only options we have.
We only ship within the US and Canada. The contiguous United States is FREE. Shipping to Canada is $400. Currently, not shipping to Hawaii. We are not responsible for any additional tariffs charged by your local government which is often applied after importing. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our eBikes directly to Europe or Alaska at this time. You can use a shipping forwarder like ShopUsa.com to reach your country.
The bikes are not water-proof, they are water-resistant. While we do not recommend leaving the bikes out in the rain or riding in the rain or other hazardous conditions due to personal safety, the bikes can handle low pressure exposure to water. Do not submerge in water or expose to pressurized air or water. Storing your ebike in the elements could shorten the lifespan of the electric bike.

Got my CF Racer 1 (road version) this week and am blown away on how good it is. I am an avoid road bike rider and ride around 8000mi per year. I bought the CF Racer as a commuter to run errands and commute to work. This is my first e-bike and its intended use is not for exercise, but to cover ground quickly while not being soaked in sweat. It does that job perfectly. I can cruise around 23mph on flat terrain without much effort. I honestly doubt that you can hit the advertised 28mph unless you want to ride a cadence of 120 or so. In terms of fit, I usually ride 54cm road frames and the small fit like a glove! Even though it’s advertised as 50cm, the fit is basically that of a 54cm frame. Mounting a rack was somewhat difficult, but manageable. Just make sure you buy a bunch of longer M5 screws, The ones on the bike are too short to mount anything, All in all I am very impressed by the quality and ride comfort. Highly recommended!
173cm with long legs and size small fits perfectly. (it fits like a normal 54cm road bike)
Nice bike. Very dissapointed that there is no way to adjust handlebar height without significant after-market investment and ride1up has no solution. An engineering deficit that can be costly if you need to appropriately fit the bike to the rider’s needs and comfort. Consumers need to be aware of that in advance of purchase.
Great Ride. Took the bike out for a test ride of 29 MI. Only used the pedal assist for getting up the hills, and used only 10% of the battery. Did a 50 mile ride again using the pedal assist for the hills over the first 2/3 of the ride and then a little more pedal assist towards the end, using only 25% of the battery at the end. I purchased the road model in size small and weigh 125 lb. The ride is smooth and the bike handles well. Because the bar and stem are integrated, it’s hard for any individual adjustments. It’s hard to get my Garmin computer on the flat bar using just the elastic bands that come with the Garmin unit. They feel like they’re stretched to the max and will just snap off. Plus I prefer the out front mounts for the Garmin so it is more visible when riding. Because the bike computer is screwed to the stem mounts, it does not appear there’s another place to attach a Garmin to the stem underneath. I also wish they offered electronic shifting, as the Rival sweep to downshift is a bit long for small hands. My only other comment is the screws for the bottle cage mounts are very shallow and strip very easily. Two of them were already stripped when I got the bike. Customer service is sending me replacements.
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. The size fits me similarly to my Trek madone from 2013. I am 5 ft 5 in tall.
I’ve ridden 288 miles on the bike so far, and have been very impressed! I’m doing average rides of about 40 miles with my bike club. Most of the time I have the bike in level 2, sometimes level 3. Our group brides average around 19 mph (range 15-27). I have not used up the battery completely yet (although I did on a 50 mile bike ride). Very impressed with the range at these power levels. My goal of keeping my heart rate under 160 has been no problem. I bought this bike because I have SVT, and my cardiologist suggested that I keep my heart rate down as pushing too hard can cause SVT. Thank you for allowing me to continue riding with my fellow club members! I’m 70 years old, and this bike allows me to ride like I am 40 again! 💪
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I’m 5’10” tall. I ordered a L. It’s a tad shorter (top tube) than my other road bike, (stem could be a bit longer), but not unacceptable. Bars could be tilted back some for my taste too. But I’ve ridden it 50 miles and it’s fine!
Bike was replacing my wife’s long time Specialized road bike. She was having difficulty riding long distances at her age, but this new bike has just enough electric assistance to give her the ability to ride distances without completely wiping her out. This bike lives up to all the promises, and it is well made and was a breeze to assemble. We could not be happier!
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. 5'4" with the small CF Racer, and the fit was very close to her previous bike.
This bike is a blast to ride. Power comes on super naturally and it’s amazingly light for what it is. Great value. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering.
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I am 5’8 a bit stocky. Ordered the small frame size and it fits me perfectly. Large would’ve definitely been too big.
